Description and Reviews:
A deep and youthful ruby colour, with an intense, fruity nose crammed with blackberry, cassis, cherry and plum aromas. The palate full-bodied and round, with a luscious, velvety texture.

Bin 27 is a reserve Port, made using the same approach to making a late-bottled vintage, with extended wood ageing making the wine ready to drink upon its release. This wine, however, is blended from several vintages to achieve a consistent house style.


Serving Suggestions
The rich black fruit flavours of Bin 27 are a perfect match for chocolate and berry fruit dishes. Chocolate fondant with strawberries, bitter chocolate with a high cocoa content or a plate of chocolate brownies or truffles. Like all youthful red Ports, Bin 27 is an excellent match for soft ripe cheeses and can be served on its own at the end of the meal or any other relaxed occasion in a generously proportioned wine glass.
