Payment and Credit Card Security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron cards for orders. All credit card transactions are carried out through HSBC secure site using SSL technology. This is a totally secure site - we NEVER store card details.
We also accept payment by telephone, cheque or bank transfer. Please Contact Us to pay by one of these methods. Please note that we cannot ship orders until funds have cleared.
Postage and packing
- FREE delivery for UK orders over £100
- £6.95 UK orders under £100
- Outside UK: We currently only deliver to the EU. Delivery costs are £19.95 for single bottles of wine in a post safe package. Please Contact Us to discuss options.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your wine by courier within three working days from confirmation of your payment. If you require delivery earlier or for a specific date please enter the details in the comments box or Contact Us.
Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package. You can enter a different delivery address (e.g. your work place) from the invoice address. Our courier, Business Post, will attempt to deliver the goods up to two times and will leave a card with contact details for you to rearrange delivery.
Please note that if a delivery be refused by a customer, or the customer is unavailable for receipt of the goods and the goods are returned to us, we may charge for the redelivery.
You can also request in the comments box that the wine is left in a safe place, such as a garage or at a neighbour's house. Please note that unless the parcel is signed for, this would be at your risk.
