Colheita Port

Description and Reviews:
Kopke Port is the oldest port house. Established in 1638 by Nicolau Kopke and his son Cristiano, who came to Portugal as representatives of the Hanseatic League, the House has been run through the generations by several representatives of the Kopke family, obtaining an excellent reputation for its wines.

Review:
Port begins as a deep, dark, rich-tasting wine that with the aging progresses. Colheita Port is a special old tawny port from a vintage year. Tasting Note The longer maturation in oak casks, this port a mild flavor and is very spicy and round. Wine and food elegant aroma and exquisite taste are the best advantage with different types of cheese, walnuts and dried apricots.
