This Oloroso Sherry is mahogany in colour. Pleasant aroma reminiscent of noble oak from its ageing period and dried fruit. Mouth-filling and beautifully dry on the palate. This wine is aged using oxidative ageing, such as this oloroso, can remain in perfect organoleptic condition many years after bottling, even once the bottle has been opened.
Serving Suggestion: Serve around 14-17 degrees Celsius with game casseroles. If you feel adventurous try this oloroso with lamb curry.
