Near opaque, blue/black colour. Huge concentration provides an aromatic explosion of violets and rockrose. This is a full-bodied wine bursting with rich plummy, cassis flavours. In the mouth, typical Dow peppery overtones and the classic drier edge. Temperature control during fermentation (robotic lagares), combined with the ripeness of the grapes gave an excellent structure and balance.
