Grahams Port Bond (Single Bottle)

It has long been a tradition for special occasions to be marked by the laying down of Vintage Port from the year of the event. Problematically, due to the fact that a Vintage year is normally only declared in the second year after the harvest, the recipient of the gift often has to remain empty handed until sometime after the celebration.

In order to overcome this problem, Grahams are now the first Port company to provide a Vintage Port bond which is available for purchase in the year of harvest. Allowing the purchase of Vintage Port while the wine is still on the vine guarantees that a certain quantity of the wine produced will be reserved for the holder of the bond.For more information see Graham-port-bond

In order to register your bond with Graham’s we are going to need the following information (these can be added in the 'personal gift message' section whilst going through the ordering process):

-The bond recipient’s full name and title as you would like it to appear on the Certificate

-The guardian’s name ( if the recipient is underage), their landline, their mobile and an e-mail address( to be contacted when the port is ready to be shipped)

-The occasion (christening -wedding e.t.c)

-When does the occasion take place (date) and where?

We will advise Grahams of your details and they will send you a Certificate that is written in hand calligraphy.You will receive your port direct from Graham's approximately 18 months after harvest.
