A 50cl bottle of 2011 vintage Colheita Port Wine from Palmer Port. This is exclusive to Vintage Wine & Port.
This rare Port Wine has been stored in seasoned oak casks since the 2011 harvest until it was bottled this year. This 2011 colheita is an outstanding example of an aged tawny.

Tasting Notes: The 2011 Port from Palmer has a light oak colour. Much elegance on the nose with orange peel, walnuts, figs and a touch of honey. On the palate, there is a lightness that is balanced by good acidity. This port wine delivers a beautiful flavour supported by a long, long finish. Outstanding.


Colheita Port Storage and Serving Advice:
Colheita Port should be stored in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain in an upright position. If stored correctly, Colheita Ports will keep for decades in the bottle. Over time, it is natural that a little sediment will form at the bottom of a bottle of Colheita Port wine. Once opened colheita Port should be stored in a fridge and should be consumed within 3 months. Best served at a temperature between 14 and 16°C.
