The 2014 Vintage Port is dominated by Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, with 8% each of Tinto Cão and Tinta Barroca, and 16% of a miscellaneous mix. It comes in with 82 grams per liter of residual sugar, making it quite dry. This is a blend of Quintas, with 55% coming from Vale d'Agodinho (31-year-old vines) and the rest from Quinta da Trovisca, a much higher altitude (with 18-year-old vines). Back to the wine: Inky black, this very dry, very austere Port is tight and crisp, without a lot of concentration, but with superb structure. Very much on the lighter side, this is nicely crafted, but its structure is better than the fruit." 89 Points Mark Squires Wine Advocate
