Appearance
Deep, opaque ruby with a purple-black core and a narrow magenta rim—youthful, dense, and vibrant.

Nose
Intense and lifted. Ripe blackberries, cassis, and plum dominate, layered with raspberry freshness. Subtle notes of liquorice, cedar, and wild herbs (resin/balsam) add complexity and a slightly floral, perfumed edge.

Palate
Full-bodied and concentrated, showing luscious black fruit—black cherry, blackberry, and dark chocolate—balanced by firm, linear tannins. There’s a notable freshness with bright acidity cutting through the richness, giving structure and precision rather than heaviness.

Finish
Long, structured, and persistent. Dense berry fruit and spice linger with a slightly drying tannic grip, making it particularly food-friendly (think blue cheese or chocolate desserts)
