Oscar and Claudia Quevedo have recently declared their 2020 Quevedo Vintage port. This follows their acclaimed 2017, 2018 and 2019 vintages.

The 2020 harvest across the Douro was the smallest this century and when coupled with production and manpower issues caused by the pandemic, many producers did not declare. Those that did such as Quevedo and a few others, produced some amazing Ports that are rich, structured and deep that will mature over decades.

The vineyard of Quinta do Arnozelo is situated on the southern bank of the Douro river, between the small towns of São João da Pesqueira and Vila Nova de Foz Côa. This is probably Real Companhia Velha's top quinta, a centenary vineyard with more than 30 varietals planted.
