The 1945 Sandeman vintage. The 45 has a a tawny-ruby colour; raisined red fruit - looks longer than its age. On the palate there is some sweetness, surprisingly good acidity, refreshing, fruit that is now figs. Certainly mature - great finish. Tasted at The Don London Sandeman V20 tasting (VWP note)
