This rare Port Wine has been stored in seasoned oak casks since the 1999 harvest until it was bottled this year. This single harvest tawny port is an outstanding example of an aged tawny.

Tasting Notes: The 1999 Port from Palmer has a light oak colour. Much elegance on the nose with orange peel, walnuts, figs and a touch of honey. On the palate, there is a lightness that is balanced by good acidity. This port wine delivers a beautiful flavour supported by a long, long finish. …

The Quinta and its vineyards were given to the Bergqvist family as a Christening present by the Feuerheerds, who established the property in 1906.
