The 2003 Kopke Vintage Port still has a very dark core with a little lightning on the edge. Familiar Kopke notes of dark cherries and red fruits,. On the palate quite mature for its age and setting down nicely for the next decade or so. Jammy fruit and red berries - medium mouthfeel and a fresh, long finish. Very good. TC VWP 91/100 6/21

A 2003 vintage port wine. Kopke Port is the oldest port house. Established in 1638 by Nicolau Kopke and his son Cristiano, who came to Portugal as representatives of the Hanseatic League, the House has been run through the generations by several representatives of the Kopke family, obtaining an excellent reputation for its wines.
