This 1997 Sercial Madeira by Justino reveals orange peel, dry fruits and spices notes on the nose. On the palate, aromas of dried fruits, exotic wood, coconut, dry herb and orange peel. Vibrant acidity but still showing a great fruity style. Dry and long finish.
Serving suggestions and food pairing: The soft, delicate and elegant fruit qualities of this dry Madeira make it suitable for serving slight chilled as an aperitif, with olives, roasted almonds, canapés of smoked salmon, sushi, caviar, tuna, light soups, salads, ham, dry fruits as almonds and walnuts.
